Isomob are pleased to announce the launch of React, their eagerly awaited enhanced operator chat console.

React builds on the fusion platform to create a simple and intuitive way of interacting with users on their mobiles, via a web page.

React provides a one stop shop for user initiated, operator led interaction. The platform gives individual operators the ability create and deliver personalised follow up messages to their customers on top of the embedded service CRM. Using the platform are a growing number of Psychic advisors, customer service agents and SMS chat operators.

React is deliberately lightweight and flexible incorporating the latest web technologies for a remarkably fluid user experience. The system can be run by the partner’s own operators or is available as a fully manned and managed service.

Commercial Director Alisdair Anderson said “Our chat operators are seeing a big increase in the number of interactions they are having with customers, which means the customers are more engaged with the products and the revenues have grown accordingly.”
